I'm so relieved that Jasper's back and everything's all right. I mean, it's a shame that it happened, but there's no reason to dwell on it. And to be honest, I'm more concerned about his feelings. Does that make me an awful person, I wonder?

The other day, I smuggled a mouse away from the Charms classroom. They're very sweet, and I was considering having it as a pet. Unfortunately, when I woke up this morning, Greg was on his perch, and looking rather smug. The poor mouse was nowhere to be found.

Ironic, that I didn't see that coming.

Well, it's official: I'm not hunting in the Forest anymore. It absolutely reeks of wolves, and not just the ones that Muggles are used to. Also, the centaurs smell surprisingly good, and I don't want to end up taking one of those out. Not only are they vengeful, they're half-human.
